Organisations are increasingly holding implicit bias training sessions, to raise awareness of the problems associated with implicit biases, and provide information about how to address them.

Our team of academic experts provides implicit bias training informed by the latest research on implicit bias, with tools to evaluate the training sessions. We are also available for follow up consultancy work to advise on implementing changes, and evaluating the effects of these changes.

Since 2015, we have worked with the judiciary in England and Scotland, legal firms, departments in various UK Universities, and the Cabinet Office UK in their ongoing endeavours to address implicit bias.
